I am very excited for you as you just stumbled upon a hidden gem that many have yet to discover. You may have found this webpage through word of mouth. Maybe you found it through google. But most of you will have stumbled upon this page looking for a Costa Rican Vacation finding many webpages raving about the typical tourist zones.

This is not the same type of page.

After exploring many towns and even different countries looking for our eventual retirement home Eric and I found an amazing community. A gated community with access to a secluded 8km sandy beach front of Ballena Bay (Bahia Ballena) No more over populated beaches filled with strangers fighting for a spot on the beach. A community that has everything you need on site and yet close to four top rated beaches rated by "The Lonely Planet -Travel Blog" and the BEST Surfing or Hippie Yoga town a short drive away.

This page is entirely dedicated to highlighting this amazing area located in the Southern Nicoya of Costa Rica. Which is one of six rare Blue Zones of the world. The Blue Zone is a group of people that have the highest level of happiness and live the longest. They have a village mindset where neighbours are often more like extended family, and people come and go to help each other or just stop in for a visit.

Why rent a small hotel room when you can have an entire villa to your self. Plenty of space for you and your family with all the comforts of home and more!.
