+ $45 exit cleaning fee

+ $300 Damage / Electricity deposit which is fully refundable upon verifying the condition of the home.

*This home includes up to $100 worth of electricity per week which is plenty for average use when A/C is turned off when not in the room or home.

This property are not managed or run by Dog Paws & Sandy Hair. Due to our high rental volume we often have requests for help guests find an available rental property in our community. Like any booking portal the home owners will pay us a referral fee for any successful booking that came from our introductions. This does not affect your rental rates.

Once you decide to proceed with an available partnered property. To reserve your dates we will take a 15% deposit which is 100% refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival. At that time the remaining balance is due in full direct to the owners through PayPal or Interact transfer.
